Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched by contacting us with their Order ID.
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by contacting us with your Order ID, description, and a photo of the issue.
  • Replacements will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
  • If the product is out of stock, you may opt for a full refund or choose an alternative product of equal value.
  • This policy applies only to products damaged or defective upon delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
  • Please note: We currently do not offer reverse pickup. Customers must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • Once return / exchange / replacement is accepted , the product for return / exchange / replacement, will be delivered in 7-10 days.
